I have been advised to backup all files (image, sound, document, resume & e-mail) on the drive being reformatted / reloaded. All files and folders will be permanently deleted and not recoverable. If I am in doubt of needing any files I was advised to install a new master drive, moving the old master drive to the slave position so that all old data integrity will be retained. Drives will be described as "used" or "new".

I agree to provide all Software and key numbers for their activation. Any Drivers/Software updates that are not provided, or if needed for upgraded OS may require acquiring them from the Internet at the hourly rate of $40.00 (in ½ hr. increments). ** Windows Updates may take up to 2hrs to install. **

Hardware such as Scanners and Printers etc. will be installed at $35.00 each or by the owner/agent. Remember to locate all Installation Disks and keep them in a safe place. Hard drive data backup is calculated at 45.00/hr, 2hrs max.

Internet software will be installed by the owner/agent by calling their Internet Service Provider. The signee must save AIM and E-Mail SMPT settings. User names and passwords are required, keep them handy for reference.

The above listed Computer will be returned to its original state as dictated by the OS and Software provided. When upgrading the OS some software may not work unless a upgraded version is used. Some software may be out of date, such as Antivirus Programs. You should purchase the most recent version (Norton Antivirus 2005/2006 is recommended). "Pre-loaded" only Software CANNOT be reloaded if no original Software Disks can be provided.

Used parts warranty 30 days, new parts carry manufacturers warranty.
